Passerby makes Dreampop music. His singles, ‘somewhere else’ and ‘franny’, have sold 15 copies online (rounded to the nearest 5). His first tape, ALWAYS, comes out on November 15th. This is the first outing of the live act, featuring Henry Earnest, Isaac Jones, and Daniel O’Driscoll.
